MICHAEL J. SMITH
Client Services & Facility Manager (Acting)
Guest Services Manager
Mike is the General Manager at the Centre for Health & Safety Innovation. Mike is responsible for the overall management and administration of the facility. His goal is to be visionary and drive for creating an inspiring future for the organization that embrace common values: community, growth, transparency, innovation, best practices and excellence. Mike has over 20 years of strategic and operational roles in the facility management industry.
Jack is the Acting Client Services & Facility Manager at the Centre for Health & Safety Innovation. In his role, he is responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of CHSI, along with supporting any client and tenant concerns with professionalism and poise. Jack brings over 10 years of hands on experience in the real estate, hotel, office and residential facilities.
Murray oversees all guest services functions. He aims to focus on adding a personal touch to our clients’ experience, and to ensure our services contribute to their business success. For all matters regarding client services, contact Murray.

Marketing & Community Events Coordinator
Guest Services Coordinator
Jennifer coordinates all room reservations and works closely with clients to fulfill setup requirements. Her goals are to establish working relationships with clients and to ensure our facility and services contribute to a seamless event experience. To book a tour or reserve a meeting space, contact Jennifer.
Shadad brings experience in client service and retail promotions to the team, making her a great fit for her role as Guest Services Coordinator. Shahad plays a critical role within the facility as she will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and others looking for information about Corporate Event Centre.
