Client Services & Facility Manager
Guest Services Manager
Geoff Williams is CHSI’s senior executive, overseeing all operations and service offerings. Reporting to CHSI’s board, Geoff works closely with our Client Services & Facility Manager, Guest Services Manager and Marketing Coordinator in order to deliver the best possible level of customer service to our clients. As part of that commitment, Geoff welcomes all feedback, suggestions and comments that will improve the services provided by Corporate Event Centre or CHSI.

Nicole Lobb is the Client Services & Facility Manager at Centre for Health & Safety Innovation. In her role, she is responsible for the operations and maintenance of CHSI, along with the fostering and development of tenant relationships. Nicole has been an active member of IFMA Toronto’s chapter since 2011, which has developed her understanding of challenges in the facility management industry.

Marketing & Community Events Coordinator
Guest Services Coordinator
Jennifer coordinates all room reservations and works closely with clients to fulfil setup requirements. Her goals are to establish working relationships with clients and to ensure our facility and services contribute to a seamless event experience. To book at tour or reserve a meeting space, contact Jennifer.
Tracy coordinates all marketing and advertising initiatives for Corporate Event Centre, and manages the Community Event Series programming for CHSI. Her goal is to provide local businesses and community members with opportunities to grow their business, network, and achieve health & wellness goals. She brings experience in client service and retail promotions to the team, making her a great fit for her role as Guest Services Coordinator. Shahad plays a critical role within the facility as she will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and others looking for information about Corporate Event Centre.
